Richard Huckaby

Richard Huckaby is the owner of Municipal Project Assistance, L.L.C. and a faculty member at North Central Texas College. Richard holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston.
