Zachary Taylor

Zachary Taylor, PE, has extensive experience in the railroad industry, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Semaphore Software since May 2014, focusing on software development to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors. Concurrently, Zachary works as Signal Manager for North County Transit District since May 2020. Previous roles include Systems Integration Manager and Train Control Engineer at Balfour Beatty US, and Signal Specialist at Stantec, where responsibilities included designing and programming signal systems for Class 1 freight railroads.
