Farid Guenouna, MBA, PMP® has extensive work experience in planning and engineering roles in various companies. Farid began their career at Keller Fondations Spéciales as a Civil Engineer before moving on to Saipem (ENI Group) as a Civil Engineer, working on the design and construction of the Crude Treatment Plant in Algeria. Farid then joined Eni Corporate University as a Student, where they completed a Master's program in Management and Economics of Energy and the Environment.

Following their studies, Farid Guenouna joined Saipem as a Planning Engineer, taking on various responsibilities including construction planning, shutdown and maintenance planning, and cost control. Farid worked on several projects, including the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Plant project and the Slug Catcher and Pipeline Installation project, both in Algeria.

After their time at Saipem, Farid Guenouna worked as a Senior Planning Engineer at Petrofac Engineering and Consulting Services (ECS), Shell, and CSCEC, gaining experience in project planning and scheduling. Farid then joined Total as a Senior Planning Engineer, focusing on the transfer of the Al Shaheen Oil Field Asset from Maersk Oil Company to North Oil Company.

Currently, Farid Guenouna holds the position of Senior Planning Engineer at North Oil Company Qatar. In this role, they are responsible for developing project plans, interpreting benchmarks, preparing presentations, and incorporating planning and scheduling requirements. Prior to that, they completed their Magister degree in Civil Engineering at the National School of Public Works in Algeria in 2009. Farid also holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole Nationale Polytechnique, which they obtained in 2001.
