Andy Phillips has a diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2015, they interned for the U.S. House of Representatives, assisting Congressman Steve Pearce. Andy then interned as a Public Affairs Intern at The PHA Group in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Parliamentary Intern and later as a Parliamentary Researcher at the House of Commons, where they supported Nusrat Ghani MP. Andy'sresponsibilities included coordinating communication strategies, producing policy briefs, engaging with stakeholders, and managing newsletter distribution. In 2019, they joined Heathrow as a Government Affairs Manager until 2020. Andy then became a Non-Executive Director at North Point Distillery in 2020. Currently, they are working as an Aerospace Policy Adviser at ADS Group Ltd.
Andy Phillips completed their education with a Master's of Public Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2020 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Politics from the University of Nottingham from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they pursued a short course in Political Science focused on American Politics at Bucknell University. Andy's education journey began at Warwick School, where they completed their A-Levels with grades ranging from A* to B, spanning from 2001 to 2012.
