Operations and Coordination Team

The Operations and Coordination Team at the North Texas Behavioral Health Authority is responsible for the efficient management and oversight of behavioral health services across six counties. Team members work on state hospital operations, legislative coordination, and the analysis and optimization of service utilization and systems data. Their goal is to ensure seamless, effective service delivery for individuals eligible for Medicaid and public behavioral health funds.
