Talia G. has a diverse work experience in human resources. Talia started as an Organizational Development Training and Development Associate at Carolinas Healthcare System in 2002 and worked there until 2007. Talia then joined Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, Inc. as a Southeast Lead Human Resources Associate from 2007 to 2010. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Family Dollar from 2010 to 2011 and at Extended Stay Hotels Corporate from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Talia served as the Director of Human Resources Product & Development at Resourcing Edge. Their most recent role is the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the North Texas Tollway Authority starting from 2016.

Talia G. has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. After completing their undergraduate degree, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services at Strayer University, which they completed in 2011.
