Donna A. has extensive experience in clinical informatics and nursing, currently holding the position of Manager, Clinical Informatics at North York General Hospital since March 2008. Over the years, Donna has played a pivotal role in numerous transformation projects, including the launch of ED Firstnet and the integration of eCTAS. Key contributions also include leading the optimization of nursing electronic documentation systems across various departments and establishing standardized processes for user chart access within the Cerner system. Prior experience includes roles as a Staff Nurse in both General Medicine and Surgical Units at St. Michael's Hospital and North York General Hospital, respectively. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan.
