Brad Hess is a seasoned data architect and solutions expert with a robust background in data warehouse design and implementation. Currently serving as a Sr. Data Warehouse Solutions Architect at NorthBay Healthcare, Brad is responsible for the entire lifecycle of data warehouse development, ensuring optimal data availability. Previous roles include leading data architecture projects at Kaiser Permanente, where significant contributions were made to HR transformation initiatives and the development of financial data marts. With experience as a Sr. Cloud Engineer at Adventist Health and as a data architect for various organizations, including Miami Children's Health System and Pfizer Analytics Lab, Brad has consistently demonstrated expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and analytics. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Hartford University.
