Roland Maurice has over 20 years of work experience in IT governance, risk management, and sales systems management. Roland has held various leadership roles in companies such as Northbridge Financial Corporation, CIBC, Johnson & Johnson, and Kraft Foods Group. Throughout their career, Roland has been responsible for developing and implementing IT governance frameworks, managing IT risk and control programs, and overseeing software acquisitions. Roland has also provided strategic IT solutions and support to sales teams, ensuring efficient business processes and customer-focused initiatives. Roland's expertise lies in driving IT governance, risk, and compliance to optimize operational performance and minimize technology-related risks.

Roland Maurice attended Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Psychology. From 1997 to 1999, they attended Mohawk College, specializing in Information Technology.
