John Hutcheon

John Hutcheon currently serves as a Seminar Lead and Software Developer at Northcoders since June 2022, following roles as a Junior Software Developer and Mentor, as well as a Trainee Software Developer. Prior to this, John worked at NatWest Group from January 2017 to May 2022 as an Executive Complaint Handler, where responsibilities included managing escalated complaints and liaising with customers, earning recognition through a service excellence award. John Hutcheon holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from The University of Salford, earned from September 2006 to June 2009.
