Donice Bell

Donice Bell is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and information technology operations. Currently serving as a Business Project Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. since November 2020, Donice oversees complex business-specific projects throughout their lifecycle. In addition, Donice has held various leadership roles at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, including Senior Manager of IT Operations and Technology Delivery, where responsibilities involved aligning IT investments with strategic objectives. Previous positions include Associate/Project Controls Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton, Account Manager at Oracle Corporation, and Project/Program Manager at Entex Information Services/Compucom. Donice holds a Master's Certification in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business, a Certification from the Leadership Academy at Cleveland State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mount St. Joseph University.
