Katie Hall has extensive experience in customer insight and quality assurance, currently serving as a Customer Insight Manager at Northern since September 2016, after holding various roles including Senior Customer Insight Analyst and Operations Planning Assistant. Prior to joining Northern, Katie worked as a Quality Assurance Assessor at Redline Assured Security from July 2012 to September 2017, where aviation security testing was conducted at various airports. Educationally, Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business (BSc) from the University of Leeds, earned between September 2013 and July 2016, along with A-levels from Hayfield School Sixth Form and earlier secondary education from The Hayfield School.
