Dale Finch, RN/BScN, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, Dale is working at Northern Health - BC as the Patient Transfer Services Lead. Prior to this, Dale served as a Nursing Instructor at the College of New Caledonia. From 2010 to 2018, Dale held the position of Head Nurse at Lakes District Hospital, where they managed multiple departments, supervised a team of 32 nursing staff, and made finance and budget decisions. Before that, Dale worked at Fraser Health as a Systems Analysis & Performance Planning CNE and Registered Nurse in the Emergency department. With Sierra View District Hospital, Dale worked as a Charge Nurse in the Emergency department. Dale began their nursing career as an Emergency Nurse with Sutter Health and EMA 1 with the British Columbia Ambulance Service. Dale's educational background includes an MBA in addition to their Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Dale Finch, RN/BScN, MBA started their education journey in 1998 when they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Thompson Rivers University. They successfully completed this program in 2002. Dale later continued their education in 2013 at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC), where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. This program lasted until 2015.
