Teresa B.

Teresa B. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Teresa is currently working as a Communications Lead at Northern Health - BC since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from January 2022 to September 2023. From 2016 to 2021, they served as a Regional Manager at Junior Achievement BC, where they focused on educating young people about business. Teresa also has experience as an Executive Director at the BC Council on Substance Abuse from 2007 to 2009. Before that, they held the position of Council Field Executive at Scouts Canada from 2004 to 2007 and 2000 to 2002. Teresa B. started their career as a Business Instructor at Sprott Shaw College from 2002 to 2004. Teresa also worked as a Project Manager/Destinations Supervisor at Tourism Prince George in 1998, a Program Coordinator at Community Futures FFG in 1997, and a Finance Clerk at the Department of National Defence - Navy from 1990 to 1996.

Teresa B. has a diverse education history. In 2021, Teresa pursued an Indigenous Canada Certificate from the University of Alberta, and they completed the program in the same year. Currently, in 2022, they are enrolled in the Four Seasons of Reconciliation program at the First Nations University of Canada.
