Mangesh Mohanan has extensive experience in sales and management roles. Mangesh is currently the Head of Sales - Dealer Success at NorthLadder, a tech-driven selling platform for pre-owned electronics devices. In this role, Mangesh has successfully built and managed a high-performing sales team and implemented effective sales strategies resulting in the acquisition of over 100 new businesses within a year.

Prior to this, Mangesh worked as the General Manager at Qwikdine, a contactless dining app in the UAE. Mangesh managed various functions including marketing, tech, product development, HR, and sales. Mangesh played a key role in setting up policies, marketing campaigns, and project timelines that drove operations and strategy.

Before their role at Qwikdine, Mangesh worked at dubizzle as a Sr Sales Manager. Mangesh developed and executed strategic plans, communicated sales activities with key stakeholders, and provided effective customer service. Mangesh also oversaw the operations of the business and key account management teams.

Mangesh also gained experience as a Key Account Manager at ALMOE Group of Companies, where they managed and developed major client accounts. Mangesh achieved high-profit margins while maintaining service levels and health and safety standards.

Earlier in their career, Mangesh worked at Shred-it as a Corporate Key Account Sales Manager, where they managed a client portfolio and achieved and surpassed sales budgets using a consultative selling approach. Mangesh was also recognized as a Presidents Club winner.

Mangesh's earlier experience includes roles as a Corporate Sales Specialist at German Imaging Technologies (GIT) Dubai LLC and as a Network Administrator/Sales Consultant at Technopark LLC.

Mangesh Mohanan has a strong education background in the field of computer engineering and networking. Mangesh completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, between the years 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they pursued their science education with a focus on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at the New Indian Model School, from 1986 to 1998.
