Andrew Pope has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Andrew began their career in 2005 as a Surveyor at On Target Research and then worked as a Customer Service Associate at Kohls Department from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Hilton Grand Vacations as a Front Desk employee and later became the Front Office Department Trainer. Andrew then moved on to Hilton Grand Vacations.Club in 2014, where they served as a Front Office Supervisor responsible for overseeing front desk operations and assisting guest service agents.
