Cortney Mondon

Cortney Mondon has extensive work experience in the property management industry. Cortney is currently employed as a Regional Property Manager at ZRS Management since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Property Manager at the same company from January 2021 to present. Cortney also worked as a Property Manager at ZRS Management from May 2019 to January 2021, and from May 2017 to May 2020. Cortney started their career as an Assistant Property Manager at ZRS Management from July 2015 to May 2017.

Before joining ZRS Management, Cortney worked as an Assistant Community Manager at Northland Investment Corporation from January 2015 onwards. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Community Director at Madison Apartment Group from February 2013 to January 2015. Cortney also gained experience as a Leasing Consultant at Madison Apartment Group from December 2010 to January 2012 and at HP Waterford from December 2005 to August 2010.

Cortney Mondon attended East Longmeadow High School from 2002 to 2005. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Southwest Florida College, starting with an Associate of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from 2012 to 2014, also from Southwest Florida College.
