Asher Wenig

Asher Wenig has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Asher is currently the Senior Vice President of Investment Sales at Northmarq, a position they have held since December 2022. Before joining Northmarq, Asher was a Senior Director & Partner at Stan Johnson Company starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Net Lease Investment Sales at Avison Young from July 2018 to January 2020. Asher also held roles as Vice President at The Boulder Group from March 2016 to May 2018, District Manager at KW Properties New York from January 2014 to December 2015, and Account Executive at Maxwell-Kates, Inc. from September 2008 to January 2014. Asher started their career as an Acquisitions Intern at The Boulder Group in May 2007 and also served as an Office Tenant Representative Intern at Studley, Inc. from June 2006 to August 2006.

From 2005 to 2008, Asher Wenig attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management.
