Bridgette Bassford

Bridgette Bassford has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Bridgette currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at NorthPointe Christian Schools, where they have been working since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Project Manager at the same organization starting in April 2022.

Before joining NorthPointe Christian Schools, Bridgette worked at Degage Ministries for a significant period of time. Bridgette'sroles at Degage Ministries include Business Director from January 2020 to April 2022, Assistant Executive Director from September 2007 to December 2019, Program Director from December 2004 to August 2007, Volunteer Coordinator and Administrative Assistant from June 2003 to November 2004, Dining Room Supervisor from October 2002 to October 2004, and Intern from May 2002 to June 2003. Bridgette also began their career at Degage Ministries as a Volunteer from September 1999 to April 2002.

In addition to their work at NorthPointe Christian Schools and Degage Ministries, Bridgette had teaching experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Cornerstone University from September 2009 to March 2011. Bridgette also worked as a Workshop Facilitator at Grand Valley State University from January 2010 to March 2010.

Bridgette Bassford obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Grand Valley State University in 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Cornerstone University in 2003. In addition to their academic achievements, Bridgette also obtained a certification in Leave Law Boot Camp from Badgr (now part of Instructure) in April 2022.
