Christy Predaina has over 18 years of experience at Northrop Grumman, currently serving as Director of the Advanced Space Processing Operating Unit, with previous roles including Senior Director of Tactical Aviation and Power & Control Systems Operating Units. Christy has demonstrated expertise in general management, profit and loss accountability, and business growth across various sectors, focusing on advanced sensor solutions and power systems. Additional leadership positions include Director of Mission Systems Program Excellence & Operations and Technology Services Program Management, where Christy directed program strategies and operational excellence. Educational achievements include multiple degrees in Engineering Management, Computer Science, and Astrophysical and Planetary Sciences from prestigious institutions, coupled with professional development in program management and negotiations. Christy is also a life member of the Society of Women Engineers.
