Deshon Scott-Hopwood

Deshon Scott-Hopwood is a seasoned professional in industrial engineering and manufacturing management, currently serving as Manager General Manufacturing 2 and previously holding roles such as Sr. Principal Lead Industrial Engineer and Principal Industrial Engineer at Northrop Grumman since March 2021. Prior to this, Deshon held multiple positions at the United States Postal Service from October 2012 to March 2021, culminating as Senior Plant Manager, and also worked as a Nike Campus Visual Merchandiser at Franklin Retail Solutions. Earlier experience includes a role as an Intramural Sports Supervisor at Ohio State Recreational Sports, where training and conflict resolution strategies were effectively implemented. Deshon holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2012.
