Tim Strimel, CPC, possesses extensive experience in leadership and talent development, with a career spanning multiple organizations. At Northrop Grumman, Tim serves as Manager of Leadership & Talent Development and previously held the position of Sr Leadership Development Consultant. Tim's experience at Orlando Utilities Commission includes roles such as Manager of Talent Development, Manager of Training, and Sr. Training & Development Specialist. Additional roles include Talent Development Business Partner and Talent & Development Consultant at Direct Energy, as well as Field Training Manager - Northeast at Holiday Retirement Corp and Training Manager at Aramark. Tim holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini University and has completed coaching training at iPEC Coaching.
