Andy Shields

Andrew Shields has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Northside Tool Rental since March 2020. Previously, Andrew held the role of District Manager at Northside Tool Rental from February 2017 to May 2018, and prior to that, served as Store Manager at Northern Tool + Equipment from October 2013 to October 2016, excelling in regional sales, merchandising, and payroll management. Andrew also contributed as a Store Manager at Kirkland's, Inc. in 2013, achieving the highest performance in credit card applications nationwide. Earlier experience includes managing homeowner associations as a Property Manager for William Douglas and overseeing daily operations as Assistant Store Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement. Andrew attended New River Community College in 2003.
