Shannon Renckens

Shannon Renckens, CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to compensation and human resources. Shannon has held positions such as Senior Director of Compensation at NorthStar Anesthesia, Director of Corporate & Clinical Compensation at Nuvance Health, Compensation Manager, Senior Compensation Analyst, and Project Manager in Human Resources at Health Quest. Additionally, they have worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Northern Dutchess Hospital and held roles at Oxclove Workshop, GE Healthcare, Parago, LYCOS, and Bloomberg LP.

Shannon Renckens, CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Catholic University of America (1989-1993). Shannon also obtained a Professional in Human Resources Certification from Marist College in 2007. Currently, Shannon is pursuing a Master of Health Administration at Saint Joseph's College. In addition, they hold certifications as a SHRM-CP, PHR, and Certified Compensation Professional from respective institutions in 2007, 2015, and 2018.
