Sandeep Kurapati has a diverse work experience in the field of validation and engineering. Sandeep started their career at CSL Behring as a Senior Validation Consultant, overseeing the commissioning and qualification of various equipment and systems. Sandeep then worked at Eli Lilly and Company as a Validation Management Consultant, utilizing automation applications for process simulation and generating reports. After that, Sandeep joined Lake Region Medical as a Process Validation Engineer, where they authored validation plans and executed qualifications for manufacturing equipment. Sandeep is currently working at NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC, holding several roles including Senior Verification and Validation Engineer, Validation Lead, and Manager of Pharmaceutical Engineering. In their current position, Sandeep is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and developing metrics to assess the validation program's effectiveness.
Sandeep Kurapati received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, graduating in 2023. Sandeep also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical Sciences from Long Island University. Sandeep completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Bioengineering from SRM University. Prior to their higher education, Sandeep attended NSM Public School in India.
