Noelle Wolthuis-Drobny has a strong background in senior care and support. Noelle started their career in 2012 at Brookdale, where they held multiple roles, including Memory Care Program Manager, Memory Care Program Coordinator, and Memory Care Lead. In these positions, they focused on finding innovative ways to engage elderly individuals suffering from Alzheimer's disease and related dementias through art, music, and physical stimulation. Noelle also oversaw clinical operations, marketing, volunteering, and family engagement.
