Dr. Elouise Leonard-Cross

Dr. Elouise Leonard-Cross serves as the Group Head of People at Northumbrian Water Group since July 2020, overseeing all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee experience, and health and wellbeing. In addition to this role, Dr. Leonard-Cross holds various board positions, including Non Executive Director at Beamish Museum and Castle View Enterprise Academy, and contributes as an Enterprise Adviser for the North East Local Enterprise Partnership. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Management Consultant for Cranfield Trust and previous roles in leadership at NCG and Northumbria University. Dr. Leonard-Cross holds a Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology from Northumbria University and possesses extensive qualifications in HR management, coaching, and marketing.
