Zoe Frogbrook

Zoe Frogbrook is a seasoned professional in the fields of environment and sustainability, currently serving as the Head of Environment and Sustainability at Northumbrian Water Group since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Scottish Water, such as Strategy and Planning Team Manager and Strategic Programme Manager, where Zoe contributed to the development of innovative, long-term strategic plans and participated in the transformation team. Previous roles also include Strategic Programme Manager at UK Water Industry Research, Technical Lead at Scottish Water, and roles at Environment Agency Wales and the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology. Zoe holds a PhD in Soil Science and Agriculture and has completed leadership training, demonstrating a strong foundation in both scientific expertise and strategic leadership.
