As senior vice president, strategic business initiatives, Adam Boll, PA, is responsible for strategic business growth and operations across the health system. He is responsible for setting strategy and growth of for-profit business enterprises, joint ventures, implementation of new business lines and revenue streams as well as overall revenue growth and margin diversification. Mr. Boll is responsible for the executive oversight and governance of Northwell’s clinical joint venture enterprise, strategic growth of perioperative and anesthesia services, and VIVO Health, Northwell’s retail, mail-order and outpatient pharmacy company.
Previously, Mr. Boll held several leadership roles, including executive director of joint venture operations, vice president of ambulatory services, assistant vice president of perioperative services and other administrative positions across the organization.
Mr. Boll completed Northwell Health’s Administrative Fellowship Program, a 12-month program that prepares individuals to become future healthcare leaders through a combination of departmental rotations.
Prior to Northwell, Mr. Boll was a physician assistant in orthopedic surgery and emergency medicine.
Mr. Boll holds a bachelor’s degree with a major in physician assistant studies from Hofstra University and a Master of Public Administration from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service.
