Heidi Schwab has extensive work experience in the banking industry, spanning a career of over 40 years. Heidi began their career at Franklin State / UJB as a VP from 1979 to 1988. Heidi then joined Bank of America, where they achieved rapid promotions and held various senior and project-oriented roles, driving key process improvements. Heidi worked at Bank of America for 20 years, from 1988 to 2008. Following their time at Bank of America, Heidi joined Wells Fargo, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Senior Strategy Consultant, and Vice President of Wholesale Implementation Business Officer. Heidi was responsible for driving improvements, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives. Heidi also worked at First Niagara Bank as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Banking Operating and Support Services, where they oversaw various initiatives and projects. Heidi currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial and Small Business Loan Operations at Northwest Bank. Heidi Schwab earned a Project Management Certification (PMP) in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in General Management from Thomas Edison State University between 1998 and 2001. In 1989 to 1991, they attended Delaware State University to pursue their Stonier Graduate School of Banking degree.
