Jack Freeman

Jack Freeman has a strong background in credit and lending, with over three decades of experience. Jack has held senior positions at various banks throughout their career. At Northwest Bank, they served as a Senior Credit Officer and Corporate SVP, providing credit support and oversight for lending teams across different markets. Prior to that, at FirstMerit Bank, they were an SVP and Senior Regional Credit Officer, overseeing credit approval and portfolio credit quality for specialty lending groups. Jack also worked at Huntington National Bank as a Special Assets Team Leader and as a Regional Credit Officer, focusing on problem loan resolution and credit quality improvement. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Bank One and Equitable Bank, where they contributed to the development of credit policies, oversaw underwriting processes, and managed asset-based lending relationships. Throughout their career, Jack demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, loan approval, credit underwriting, and problem loan resolution.

Jack Freeman has a MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, which they completed from 1976 to 1977. Jack also holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, which they obtained from 1972 to 1976. Additionally, they completed a Continuing Credit Education Program at Bank One, NA from 1993 to 1998. In 1996, they participated in the Leading Strategic Change Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
