Victoria Hooker

Victoria Hooker is an experienced culinary professional and educator with a diverse background in the industry. Currently serving as a Culinary Arts Instructor at Northwest ISD since August 2016, Victoria previously held the position of Executive Chef at Aramark from September 2013 to August 2016. A seasoned instructor, Victoria also served as a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Dallas, Texas, and The Art Institutes, where Victoria worked in various roles, including Assistant Director of Culinary Arts and Chef Instructor. Additionally, Victoria has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner and Chef of RVH Consulting from 2004 to 2012. Victoria holds a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from South University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University.
