John G. is an experienced culinary professional and educator with a diverse background in hospitality and culinary arts. Currently serving as an Instructor in the Culinary Arts Program at the University of the Fraser Valley since January 2022, John shares extensive knowledge gained from previous roles, including Executive Chef positions at Dana Hospitality LP and Toseki Entertainment. John has also contributed to culinary education through contracts with Abbotsford School District and SkilledTradesBC, where responsibilities included teaching, auditing, and assessing aspiring cooks. John’s expertise spans recipe development, kitchen operations, and culinary training, supported by a Red Seal Trade Qualification from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
