Monique Lopez

Monique Lopez has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Physician Office Assistant/Clinical Resource Specialist at Children's Healthcare Center, where they provided patient care, performed medical procedures, and managed electronic medical records. In 2016, they joined Mercy Health as a Surgery Scheduler/Administrative Assistant, coordinating surgeries and appointments while ensuring data integrity and patient confidentiality. During their time at Mercy Health, they also took on the role of Team Lead of ENT. Currently, Monique is the Team Lead at Northwestern Medicine.

Monique Lopez received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Springfield in 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on Healthcare Administration from Northern Illinois University in 2020. Additionally, Monique holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Waubonsee College, which they completed in 2017. Monique has also obtained various certifications including CPR & AED from Mercy Health in 2022, a Certificate in Non-Profit Organizations from Northern Illinois University in 2020, and Nursing Assistants certification from Rock Valley College in 2000.
