Rebecca Whitmarsh

Rebecca Whitmarsh has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Rebecca started their career in 2005 as a Sales Manager at Lane Hospitality - Hilton Lake Placid Resort. Rebecca then moved on to Courtyard Charlotte Ballantyne in 2006, where they worked as a Director of Sales/ Sales Manager until 2009.

In 2009, Rebecca joined Aloft Charlotte Ballantyne, initially as an Assistant General Manager and later promoted to the role of General Manager in 2013, a position they held until 2017.

Rebecca's most recent role was at Northwood Hospitality, where they served as the Area Director of Operations for Charlotte and General Manager of Aloft Charlotte Ballantyne starting in November 2017.

Rebecca Whitmarsh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics/Political Science from McGill University. Additionally, they have obtained a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
