Therese Oppegaard

Therese Oppegaard is an experienced professional in business development and innovation management, currently serving as the Incubator Manager for Health at Validé AS, where responsibility includes heading a health-focused incubator in Rogaland, Norway. With a strong background in supporting early-stage businesses, Therese has also contributed significantly to the Norwegian Smart Care Cluster as the head of business development and international activities. Additional roles include founding and managing the EIRAccelerator, and various managerial positions in project and service delivery in previous organizations. Therese holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Management from Brunel University London, and possesses expertise in co-creation processes and project management.
