Erica Hoback

Erica Hoback currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Norwest Venture Partners, a leading venture capital and growth equity firm managing over $12 billion in capital and supporting more than 600 portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Erica held various positions in human resources, including Director at Apax, and Human Resources Manager at Lazard, where responsibilities included strategic HR functions for the firm. Earlier experience includes a Vice President role at Lazard and positions as HR Associate, HR Coordinator, and roles focused on customer service and administrative support. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Spanish from Santa Clara University in 2010.
