Kevin Gallant

Kevin Gallant, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kevin has recently worked at Notarize, starting as a Senior Operations Manager in April 2020. Kevin then advanced to the role of Director of Closing Operations in June 2021 and is currently working as the Senior Director of Closing Operations, a position they have held since March 2023.

Prior to their time at Notarize, Kevin worked at Wayfair, where they held various roles. Kevin started as a Sales and Service Manager, overseeing a service team responsible for customer interaction. Kevin then progressed to Manager - Case Management and later became a Virtual CS Manager II. Finally, they served as the Senior Manager of Specialized Services for a brief period from March 2020 to April 2020.

Before joining Wayfair, Kevin worked at Qualfon. Kevin initially worked as an Application Specialist from September 2012 to August 2013. Later, they transitioned into the role of Identity Theft Protection Agent from August 2013 to April 2014. Finally, they assumed the position of Team Supervisor, managing multiple teams specializing in customer care, sales, and member retention from April 2014 to June 2017.

Kevin Gallant, MBA pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maine from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English with a focus on Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing at the University of South Florida from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Kevin also obtained certifications such as Heartsaver CPR & AED from the Adaptive Sports Partners of the North Country in November 2022, Full Member certification from Beta Gamma Sigma in April 2021, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Kaisen in May 2015.
