Amy Puglise

Amy Puglise has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership roles. Amy is currently the Director of Human Resources and Culture at Notch Mechanical Constructors since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Barnes Aerospace from 2019 to 2023, where they provided strategic guidance and support to HR managers and implemented talent management programs. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Collins Aerospace, overseeing HR operations and collaborating with leaders on policy development and change management strategies. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Vermont Mechanical from 2014 to 2018, where they led the HR team and provided advice and support on employee relations, recruitment, training, and development. Amy also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Hearthstone Quality Home Heating Products from 2008 to 2014 and as a Human Resources Manager/Business Owner at Puglise Excavating from 2004 to 2008.

Amy Puglise has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources Management. Amy obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2024.
