Mary Ann Fanning

Mary Ann Fanning is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in deal desk operations and sales management. Currently serving as the Head of Deal Desk at Notion since February 2023, Fanning previously held the same title at Amplitude from April 2019 to January 2023. Prior roles include various management positions at Riverbed Technology from November 2013 to April 2019, with responsibilities spanning global deal desk operations and team leadership. Additionally, Fanning worked as a Renewals/Deals Desk Specialist at Proofpoint, and held earlier positions as an Archaeological Field Technician and Barista. Fanning holds a B.A. in History and Anthropology from the University of South Carolina and an M.A. in Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
