Kirsty Hilton

Kirsty Hilton is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Service Desk Team Leader at Nottingham Trent University since February 2019, overseeing the operation of the IT Service Desk and managing Change Management functions. Previously, Kirsty held various roles at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust from May 2009 to January 2019, including IT Support Technician and IT Service Desk Supervisor, where responsibilities included creating an IT Walk-in Centre and supervising first-line support.
