Andy Lowe

Andy Lowe is a Strategic Digital Advisor at Nottinghamshire County Council, where involvement includes a role on the Digital Development Programme Board since 2011. Currently seconded to the 'Improving Customer Experience through Digital Development' programme, Andy focuses on implementing key digital projects and transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Communications Officer and Communications Information Officer at Nottinghamshire County Council and working as a freelance journalist for the Nottingham Evening Post. Andy holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Language from The Open University, completed in 2008, and attended Rushcliffe Comprehensive School from 1980 to 1987.
