Adrien Paczosa, RD, LD, CEDRD-S

Adrien Paczosa, RD, LD, CEDS-S has a diverse work experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Adrien started their career at Provident Hospital of Cook County in 2006 as the Director of the Dietary Department, where they supervised meal preparation and implemented inventory control measures. In 2007, they founded their own nutrition therapy company called iLiveWell Nutrition Therapy, LLC, which they continue to operate. Under their leadership, the company has grown to a two-location clinic with a staff of registered dietitians and therapists. Adrien has trained the team on counseling skills, developed operational procedures, and implemented marketing campaigns to increase awareness and client base. Adrien also consults with treatment centers and hospitals to provide education and coaching. Adrien worked as a Consultant Dietitian at Promises Austin from 2010 to 2015 and as a Dietary Manager/Dietitian/Intensive Outpatient Coordinator at Cedar Springs Austin Eating Disorders Treatment Center from 2010 to 2012. Adrien also served as the Head Clinical Dietitian at The Hospital at Westlake Medical Center from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Adrien worked as a Nutrition Coach at Life Time Fitness from 2007 to 2009 and as the Chief Clinical Officer at Nourish since 2007. In 2015, they founded Fearless Practitioners, where they help private practice owners and dietitians grow and scale their businesses through coaching, online courses, and podcasts. Adrien's work experience demonstrates their expertise in clinical nutrition, private practice management, counseling, and patient care.

Adrien Paczosa, RD, LD, CEDS-S, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Kilgore College from 1999 to 2001, focusing on Dance as their field of study. Adrien has also achieved additional certifications, including becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) in 2012 through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. Adrien also obtained the license of Registered Dietitian (RD) in 2005 from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
