Kiew Kam

Kiew Kam has over 20 years of work experience in the field of advanced process control and analytics. Currently, they are working at Nouryon as a Senior Analytics and Control Lead, where they develop and execute advanced process control and analytics programs for the Americas Region. Their responsibilities include identifying areas for enhanced process control strategies and utilizing data analytics to optimize processes.

Prior to their current role, Kiew Kam worked as a Senior Consultant at Applied Manufacturing Technologies LP for 8 years. They were responsible for providing consultancy services and expertise in process control.

Before that, Kiew Kam worked at Rockwell Software as a Senior Applications Engineer, heading the APC delivery team. They led and managed a team of engineers, drove project efficiency improvement, implemented APC projects, and ensured the technical performance of APC solutions. They also achieved substantial savings in project engineering hours and successfully completed multiple ethanol plantwide APC projects.

Earlier in their career, Kiew Kam worked as a Senior APC Engineer at Pavilion Technologies and as an APC Engineer at Honeywell Process Solutions.

Kiew Kam earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University, where they attended from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at the same university from 1993 to 1996. In addition, Kiew Kam holds certifications such as Chartered Engineer from the Engineering Council, UK, obtained in 2011, and Six Sigma Plus Green Belt from Honeywell, obtained in 2004.
