Andrew Barker

Andrew is an experienced economist with a decade of working on public policy in Australia and over six years internationally.

He brings a well-developed economic toolkit with experience applying quantitative and qualitative methods across a broad range of sectors and institutional settings. He has interest and expertise in environmental policy issues, having worked in Australia and abroad on water, energy and climate policy – including the associated structural transition and labor market issues.
