Aditya Uppuluri

Aditya Uppuluri is a highly experienced Senior Lead Engineer at Nouveau Labs since December 2018, where contributions include the development of the Dolphin Contact Centre (DCC) and enhancements to its live reporting system, Automatic Call Distribution module, and presence manager component. Prior experience includes roles at Mitel as a Tech Lead Software Engineer following the acquisition of ShoreTel, where Aditya advanced through positions at ShoreTel from Senior Software Engineer to Software Engineer, focusing on next-generation products and the Shoretel Communicator. Earlier experience at Unisys Global Services India involved database operations and web services development. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Godavari Institute of Engineering and Technology.
