Jonathan Richard is a Customer Solutions Manager at Nova Bus with experience in key account management and building executive-level business relationships. Prior to this, Jonathan was a Manager in Application Engineering at Laurentide Controls, where Jonathan focused on developing competencies within the team to produce winning quotations in the process industry.
