Natasha Hampson has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Natasha currently serves as the Head of Live Event Partnerships at NOVA Entertainment, where they are responsible for creating collaborative and meaningful partnerships between brands and events across Australia. In this role, they apply strategic thinking, business development, and creative solutions to build and deliver partnerships that connect with the audience and deliver incredible experiences in various event categories. Prior to this, Natasha worked as the Event Partnerships Manager at NOVA Entertainment, where they were in charge of the retention and growth of the company's event partnership portfolio nationally. Natasha also served as the Commercial Integration Strategist at NOVA Entertainment, where they played a role in driving commercial partnerships and brand development.

Before joining NOVA Entertainment, Natasha worked at Global Radio as the Strategic Partnerships Manager, where they focused on developing commercially viable brand opportunities and long-term partnerships across Capital / Capital Xtra brands and platforms. Natasha also led brand education across commercial departments and developed content partnerships around Capital's music events. Prior to that, Natasha held the position of Creative Solutions Manager at Global Radio, where they created innovative and bespoke content-led solutions across the Global portfolio of brands and platforms.

Earlier in their career, Natasha worked at Macquarie Radio Network as an Account Manager. Overall, Natasha's work experience highlights their expertise in event partnerships, strategic brand development, business development, and content solutions.

Natasha Hampson completed their bachelor's degree in Media and Communication from Swinburne University of Technology from 2003 to 2007.
