Chief Human Resources Officer at Nova

Sharon Dayan is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Nova. Sharon has held this position since January 2017. Prior to that, they were the SVP HR Business Partner, Global Corporate Functions at Teva Pharmaceuticals from July 2013 to January 2017. In that role, they managed all HR aspects for 6 Teva management members, including the CFO, CIO, CLO, head of business development & strategy, and head of HR. Sharon also led the corporate functions globalization process, including new organizational structures, change in working models, and facilitating all HR processes and activities.

From February 2017 to January 2018, Sharon was an Executive Consultant. In that role, they provided consulting services to clients on a variety of topics, including human resources strategy, organizational design, and change management.

Before their time at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Sharon was the SVP Global Head of Human Resources at Comverse Network Systems from June 2010 to June 2013. In that role, they were responsible for leading the human resources function for the company. Sharon also oversaw the recruitment and development of talent, as well as the performance management process.

Sharon began their career in human resources at Amdocs in October 1999, where they served as the VP of Human Resources until June 2010. In that role, they were responsible for all aspects of the human resources function for the company.

Sharon Dayan has a certified in group dynamics from Tel Aviv University. Sharon also has an MSc in organizational behavior from Tel Aviv University. Lastly, they have a Bachelor of Behavioral Science in organizational behavior studies from Tel Aviv Yaffo College.

Sharon Dayan reports to Eitan Oppenhaim, President & CEO. They are on a team with Effi Aboody - Corporate VP & GM, Dimensional Metrology Division, Dror David - CFO, and Shay Wolfling - CTO.
