Dror Shklarski

Dror Shklarski has extensive experience in customer service and management roles. Dror currently serves as the Customer Service Business Director at Nova Ltd. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Customer Service Director at Kramer Electronics. Dror also served as the Vice President of Customer Service at SolarEdge Technologies and held various leadership positions at Orpak Systems and Orbotech, including Product Marketing Director and Vice President of Product Management and Customer Service. Earlier in their career, they worked at Tadiran Spectralink as the Business Unit Manager and Strategic Planning Director. Dror Shklarski began their professional journey as a Project Officer and Maintenance Officer in the Israeli Air Force.

Dror Shklarski holds a Master of Arts degree in Land of Israel Studies from Bar-Ilan University. Dror also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
